The Luma Dental $500 Grand Opening Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Luma Dental, located at 5340 E 131st Ave #104, Temple Terrace, FL 33617 (“Sponsor”).
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other platform.
The Sweepstakes is open to:
Legal residents of the State of Florida
18 years of age or older at the time of entry
Employees, contractors, owners, and immediate family members of Luma Dental are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
The Sweepstakes begins on 12/16/2025 and ends on 01/30/2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.
Participants may enter for free by completing the official online entry form provided by Luma Dental during the Sweepstakes Period.
No purchase, payment, dental treatment, consultation, or appointment is required to enter or to increase chances of winning.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
One (1) winner will receive:

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 60 days of the drawing.
If the selected winner:
Cannot be contacted
Fails to respond within 7 days
Is found ineligible
…the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

If fewer than 500 eligible entries are received during the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the cash prize portion of the Sweepstakes.
In such event, Sponsor may instead offer alternative promotional prizes, which may include complimentary dental exams, cleanings, or other promotional services, at Sponsor’s discretion.
No purchase is required to receive alternative promotional prizes.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
